Thousands have died in car crashes involving cell phone use. New technology allows us to make phone calls, dictate texts or emails and update social media while driving – all actions that are proven to increase crash risk. The National Safety Council observes April as Distracted Driving Awareness Month to draw attention to this epidemic. NSC wants empower you to put safety first and Take Back Your Drive.

National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) is scheduled for March 6-12. NCPW is a coordinated campaign that encourages consumers to take advantage of their consumer rights and make better informed decisions.

Event Listing - National Drug Take Back

The Police Department will be accepting expired or unwanted medications in the Village Hall between 10am and 2pm. Simply bring your unwanted or expired prescription drugs to the Town Hall.
